The location is perfect for visiting Disney World, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hot water for the shower didn’t work well, fluctuating too much. Nice kitchenette with cooking utensils and a clean pool. Free laundry facilities were a bonus.

I had a wonderful experience exploring Orlando, as the hotel was in a prime spot, making it super easy for us to hop on the art 4 to downtown and it was just around the corner from Disney Springs! With two restaurants right next door and convenience stores just a few steps away, it made our late night arrivals and breakfast needs a breeze, plus the facilities were clean and comfortable, making our stay even better, but the air freshener in the hallways was a bit strong for my allergies.

I was really disappointed when I arrived and found hair in the tub. It was gross! I mentioned it to the front desk, but the staff didn’t seem to care. The whole experience felt neglectful and unwelcoming.

A comfortable bed and a great shower. cleanliness could be enhanced. having to fetch bedding myself was frustrating. Staff was occasionally distracted, leading to delays in service. The location is convenient for park access. Spacious room with excellent desk space for work. Laundry facilities are a plus, even with minor upkeep needed. Vehicle parking charges are disappointing, especially with dirty stairwells. Attention to details—like lighting in the bathroom and basic kitchen necessities—would significantly improve the experience. Friendly staff occasionally failed to deliver expected hospitality. Families may want to reconsider due to the lack of consistent housekeeping.

A fantastic location, just minutes from parks and dining. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was a joy to use. the lack of a shuttle to the parks was a letdown. I found the suite spacious, but cleanliness was an issue—walking barefoot revealed grimy floors, and the shower pressure was lacking. It was frustrating to deal with stained bedding and odors upon arrival. A bit more attention to detail would elevate the experience immensely, but the potential for a great stay is definitely there.

The staff at the front desk are super friendly and really make you feel welcome. I loved the kitchenette in my room and the convenience of restaurants nearby.
The shuttle to the parks is more of a 'suggestion' than a reliable service.

The room had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a sitting area where we could relax after a long day of activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to our positive experience. there were a few areas that could be improved. We found some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, with hair in the bathtub and dirty pillowcases. It was disappointing to see these oversights in an otherwise well-appointed room. we were surprised by the $20 per day parking fee, as this was not mentioned during the reservation process. Candlewood Suites provided a comfortable stay, but attention to detail in cleaning and transparency about fees would enhance the overall experience.

Spent an epic break with my squad hitting up theme parks nearby, scoring fast rides and total thrills! Our room was lit with tons of space, dope kitchen, and a cozy lounge area for chill nights. Plus, the parking was clutch for cruising around!
Wish they had a cool rooftop party area for late-night hangs with fellow young peeps.

The proximity to exciting theme parks and dining options within walking distance added extra fun to our vacation - a definite must for families visiting Orlando!
My wife says that having an additional entertainment option, like a DVD player in the room, would have been a plus for families with children.

The hotel always has a gym with lots of equipment; I found upscale restaurants and shopping nearby. My room had a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for grilling by the pool.
I just love finding white stains on the sofas in my room! So classy.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. As two women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi in public areas, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had great facilities, such as a bar/lounge area, picnic area/tables, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. The laundry facilities were a bonus, and the flat-screen TV in our room made for a relaxing evening after a long day at the parks. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from Disney Springs and surrounded by bars and restaurants.
That the kitchen floor in our room seemed a bit sticky, possibly due to not receiving proper cleaning or treatment.

We chose Candlewood for its ideal location, and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly multilingual service at the front desk. The property offers an excellent location with easy access to various restaurants and the Candlewood Cupboard provides a variety of snacks and beverages.
Minor lighting and faucet pressure issues.

candlewood was amazing! we stayed 4 nights and everything was pristine. the staff was accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and private. the free laundry facility came in handy, and the location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions.
